Our unique style of traditional, authentic Shorin Ryu Karate combines native Okinawan "Tuite" techniques with the "Hakutsuru" (White Crane) concepts first brought to Okinawa from the Shaolin Temple in China several hundred years ago.

We are a Charter Member of the Okinawa Shorin Ryu Matsumura Seito Karate and Kobudo Federation, led by Grandmaster Fusei Kise from Okinawa, Japan, and are affiliated with Shihan Greg Lazarus (OSMKKF Eastern US Director) from the NE Kenshin Kan Karate Dojo in Rollinsford, NH. All rank promotions are certified via Okinawa, and Master Kise personally supervises all Black Belt promotions during his yearly visits to the US. Our classes stress Traditional Protocol, Self-Discipline, and quality authentic training and techniques.

Our classes run all year long, and are held on Mondays and Thursdays from 6-7:30pm. They are open to all adults and children over 7 years old, regardless of experience or fitness level. A family discount is also offered. Come by and watch one of our classes, or try a Free Introductory Class. Self defense seminars and private lessons are also available by appointment.
